Smashing Promotions is a live entertainment booking agency. We do not serve as exclusive managers or agents and therefore have a large database of artists and performers. In order for us to pitch artists we need a full ‘information sheet’ of each artist/performer. This sheet may include some sensitive personal information such as mobile numbers, ID numbers, addresses etc.

administer your participation and representation of Smashing’s services;

pitch your band/act to potential and existing clients;
customise the service we provide to you;
send you our newsletter where this is requested by you;
to send you quote requests for potential gigs;
We may collect any personal information provided by you to us through this web site [or via one of our telephone operators], or we may collect this information through your e-mail or other communications with us.

Smashing Promotions will not disclose voluntarily provided details to third parties or use the information in any other way without prior consent. On all pages where personal data is collected, specific details on the use of this information will be provided.
